Overview

One expression a day is another language-learning app project, with a particular focus on learning Japanese. The aim of this application is to enable users to learn one new Japanese expression or phrase per day, according to different criteria such as category and level of comprehension.

Stack

As a technical stack for this project, I used the vue.js javascript framework combined with Nuxt and the Tailwindcss library to design my app. As for the backend, I preferred to stay in the javascript environment I'm used to, using the nodejs framework called Nestjs combined with a MongoDB database. But all the story creation was managed thanks to the integration of the OpenAi api
